One reason for our affordability is that most of our clients are within a two-hour drive of Kalamazoo, Michigan. This geographic parameter ensures that Team Prima's quality and expertise are readily deployable and that rates don't have to reflect extensive travel or overnight visits. Of course, we do serve several clients beyond this two-hour concentration. In these cases, we use email and overnight shipping, or we relocate Primas to the area at rates that compensate for the long-distance costs, thereby reducing overall costs for the clients.
