The American Heart Association says that even moderate exercise, walking for 20 or more minutes per day, three times per week, can decrease your risk of coronary disease by half. In addition to the obvious health benefits, Prima offers the following incentives:
Recognition and Commendations for a variety of individual accomplishments, including medals for the top contributors in each exercise mode.
Collective Pride and a Celebration for Participants

Participation Awards for a minimum of 50 mileage points:
- Bike 1 mile = 1 point
- Walk/Run 1 mile = 3 points
- Swim 1 mile = 9 points
